Mount Horeb Prayer Center holds thanksgiving service to climax Shiloh 2023

Ghana’s leading prayer center, Mount Horeb Prayer Center, has held a mega thanksgiving service to crown off this year’s Shiloh programme themed; ‘Loose My Chains’ at Mamfe in the Eastern Region of Ghana.

The week-long programme which took off last Monday (20th February – Sunday 26th February) is an annual programme held under the auspices of Prophet Paul Kweku Nii Okai at the Mount Horeb Prayer Center.

Scripture readings, prayers and deliverance sessions were interspersed with songs of praise for the goodness of God over the years and years ahead with the congregation mainly cladded in white apparels.

Delivering the sermon on the theme: “Commanding Destiny Helpers”, senior prophet of the center, Paul Kweku Nii Okai stressed the importance of one commanding his or her destiny helpers through prayers.

“As a man of God, I always go on my knees and pray fervently to God to touch the hearts of my destiny helpers to come to my aid with immediate effect. Believe me there are days that I don’t even know how I am going to fund some of the ongoing church projects however I go on my knees through prayers and command my destiny to come to my aid and to my surprise they show up with fat envelopes of money or resources within the shortest possible time to help me cater for the cost of the projects”, he said.

He furthered that God has ordained certain persons to assist His plan for a believer come to fruition however the onus lies on the believer to grasp such opportunity when it arrives.

Prophet Kweku Nii Okai also charged the congregation to discard their associations with toxic relationships and rather focus on surrounding themselves with wise men.

To buttress his statement, the man of God quoted the book of Proverbs 13:20 which reads: “He that walketh with wise men shall be wise but a companion of fools shall be destroyed”.
